How We Do IT

  3. We will work with you to put together a business case to obtain budgetary approval if necessary.
  4. In keeping with our philosophy of Simplicity, you will get a simple plain English licensing agreement when you are ready to proceed with the purchase, that includes a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your propriety data, if any.
  5. We will work with your IT department to set up the platform which will include the following:  spinning up a Windows server (unless for a single user), setting up security via AD groups, setting up service account(s) and establishing RDP.  Total time required of IT support is typically about a day.
  6. We work with you via a remote connection to import your existing Controls, custom reports, and/or perform any workflow customization desired.
  7. We provide an initial training for your team via remote desktop sharing, and documentation (that is integrated into the tool so that it is self-documenting)
  8. You have unlimited support and available consulting services to build out custom analytics or reports/dashboards.
